挪威永居居留簽證申請

    Permanent residence，也就是我們所熟悉的PR，譯為永久居留，簡稱永居。拿到PR之后，意外著你可以在當(dāng)?shù)責(zé)o限制的居住生活，受到當(dāng)?shù)卣�府的保護(hù)，可以享受當(dāng)?shù)亟^大多數(shù)的權(quán)利，包括免費(fèi)教育、醫(yī)療等等。所以拿到PR的人，我們可以稱之為移民。有一部分人選擇繼續(xù)入籍，有一部分人擇選擇不入籍，當(dāng)然，是否入籍，個人的情況不同，需求不同，所以選擇也不盡相同。

誰可以申請？
成為合格的申請人：
1、You must have stayed in Norway for the past three years and have held residence permits that form the basis for a permanent residence permit.對于簽證類型這一點，UDI在給你簽證的時候，會說明，如果郵件里說明了Tillatelsen kan danne grunnlag for bosettingstillatelse（意思就是這個簽證類型可以用來申請永居），那么就可以在持有有效簽證三年之后申請PR，官方給出了幾個有效的由于申請永居簽證類型：
residence permits for skilled workers 特殊技能工作許可
most types of family immigration permits 家庭團(tuán)聚
protection (asylum) 難民庇護(hù)
residence on grounds of strong humanitarian considerations (unless you have been granted a limited permit) 人道主義援助
2、You must have resided in Norway continuously for the past three years.
這也就要求，三年中，要保持居住許可一直有效，到期之前及時申請更新；三年中，總計在挪威以外的地方居住不超過7個月；
3. You must have completed tuition in the Norwegian language and social studies and meet the requirements that apply to you or be able to document that you have been granted an exemption by the municipality (applies if you are between the ages of 16 and 55).
這一點是對語言的要求，要求至少在挪威指定的學(xué)校完成不少于550小時的挪語學(xué)習(xí)；或者是在社區(qū)進(jìn)行內(nèi)測，內(nèi)測達(dá)標(biāo)之后，即可拿到證明。

遞交申請
成為合格的申請人之后，接下來就是遞交申請了，在遞交申請材料之后，先要在挪威UDI的申請網(wǎng)站上進(jìn)行網(wǎng)上填表繳費(fèi)，費(fèi)用目前是2100克朗，收到UDI的郵件后，可以預(yù)約警察局遞交材料，材料清單如下：
signed cover letter from the Application portal (or application form) 打印申請表并簽字
a copy of all used pages in all passports or other travel documents that you have held for the last three years. 護(hù)照所有頁的復(fù)印件
list of time spent abroad. 在挪威境外的時間列表（要與護(hù)照出入境時間一致）
UDI‘s checklist, filled out and signed 打印材料清單并簽字
documentation that you have completed courses in Norwegian and social studies 挪威語學(xué)習(xí)證明

其他說明
遞交申請之后，剩下的就是靜靜的等待了，目前官方給出的處理時間為10個月，不過一般來講不會那么長，但是基本也不會差太多。
另外，需要注意的是，拿到PR之后，需要兩年更新一次；如果連續(xù)兩年不在挪威居住，會喪失永居資格，但特殊的工作原因除外。
